DAPP production aims to enhance commercial farming production through training techniques to farmers in Shamva and Mutasa districts as well as participants at Frontline Institute in Zimbabwe so that they are hands on in agriculture production.
Kukwanisa Farm and Park Estate are strategically positioned and link with DAPP Zimbabwe Project Leaders in Farmers’ Clubs. The project therefore functions as a center for development and research on new crops that benefit the communal, resettled and commercial farmers from surrounding areas and beyond. It is where new seed varieties are tested before they are taken to the farmers to plant. Kukwanisa Farm has provided a place for 36 farmers to start cattle pen fattening. Park Estate was established in 1990 as a model farm and DAPP Kukwanisa was established in 1993.
