The HIV & AIDS program in India is in Delhi and Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh). The program reaches out to 280,000 people and is committed to curb the spread of HIV & AIDS by enhancing awareness, promoting safe practices, and ensuring that people, especially among the vulnerable groups and those found to be HIV positive, have access to the right services. The program strives towards management of Sexually Transmitted Infections through awareness and referrals of the infected people with strong emphasis on interventions like Behavior Change Communication, creating an enabling environment, community mobilization and condom promotion.

In 2018 35,730 people were tested for HIV and 1,130 were treated for sexually transmitted infections.
