The program started in October 2013. Prarambh is the first of its kind; a dedicated school for Teacher Education that provides a 4 year integrated Bachelor of Education program along with a Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Science or Commerce. The integrated teacher training program works towards preparing teachers who become professionally competent to teach classes from elementary to secondary level.

The project prepares motivated teachers who have their pedagogical foundation in the Humana People to People teacher training program. The entire program is divided into 27 periods having specific themes and time with a duration (1-4 months each). 99 new students enrolled and started in 2018. By the end of 2018 the project had 269 student teachers.
